A Weekend of Stories and Songs in the Forests of Jerusalem

Friday and Saturday, 8 – 9 June, 18 – 19 Sivan
 
To celebrate 110 years since the founding of KKL-JNF, the public is invited to special forest events, which will take place from the afternoon until the following day, including excursions inspired by books, encounters with writers, performances for families, and a night camp for those who are interested. The camp will include night field training and non-stop activities for children.

Unbelievable but True in the Nes Harim Forest, Friday, 8 June, 20:30, featuring poems by Ayin Hillel with Ezra and Irit Dagan performing theatre, song and pantomime, with children participating. We will sing and act out the songs of the hoopoe and the bulbul, hear Uncle Simcha, Yossi my Successful Child, and What the Trees Do, with each song turned into an exciting theatrical performance.

Nominal fee for participation in each event: 20 NIS  for e-yarok members, 30 NIS for non-members.
Family fee for families wishing to participate in the night camp in their own tents –  120 NIS per family for the weekend, including all activities, guides, games and security (not including meals).
 
National Service KKL-JNF volunteers will keep the children busy in the “library” and with arts and crafts, fun and games, even night field training! The camp will conclude with the “Hebrew champion” grand finale.
